At Flattered, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Flattered dust bags and shoebox, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
